Welcome to the 21st Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes! The Remodelors™ Council of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County is proud to present this exciting annual event for both local residents and our fellow members. MBA Pierce has been a voice of support for the home building industry in the South Puget Sound since 1945, and the tour is another unique way to further advocate for our community of remodelers who exemplify the very best in quality, safety, and innovation.
This year’s Tour highlights six breathtaking homes that not only showcase function within existing spaces, but also inspire through unique and refreshing design elements. Each remodeler is a member of the Remodelor’s Council, Pierce County MBA. We hope you take this opportunity to take a personal tour of each project and get to know each of our highly-respected remodelers. Each remodeler/contractor is registered and bonded in the state of Washington. When it’s time to make your dream home into a reality, we hope you’ll consider one of our trusted remodelers with your vision.
With intent to promote interests of the home building industry, MBA of Pierce County actively encourages member involvement, takes legislative action, and is a large part of networking and education. We strive to maintain the highest ethical standards since 1945.
Homes on this year’s tour feature respective remodelers, suppliers and designers. We invite you to take advantage of this event by asking questions—this is the perfect opportunity to learn and discover details for your next remodel or home improvement project.
The Remodelor’s Council appreciates your participation in this year’s event. A portion of proceeds from your ticket purchase supports the Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital.

Every year, the Master Builders Association of Pierce County’s Remodelors™ Council (RC) donates money, time, labor, and materials to the Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma. Money received from you attending this Tour will go toward Mary Bridge! Each year, Mary Bridge holds the Festival of Trees as a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital; the MBA Pierce RC volunteers are there on designer day to assist the designers with the set up of their trees and vignettes, including constructing everything from tables to playhouses to building ships!
Back in 2013, the Remodelors Council donated a new play toy to the Tree House, where families stay when their child is in the hospital.
Thank you for helping us support Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital!
